After following various workouts / programs since the start of my journey, I have begun designing my own workout programs/ routines, to suit my goals, time or how my body was feeling at the time.
So I started SS Series Training Routines/ Programs.I will try to put in as many routines I have done so far, so that you all can benefit as well. There will be further updates to these programs, more on the mechanics of it, plus variations that you can incorporate to suit the different goals.
